We held our first annual company meeting at The EarthSpirit Centre this year. I can honestly say that it exceeded all of our expectations over the 3 days we were with you! Not only is the space (both internally and externally) beautiful and plentiful but the team who looked after us were simply the best! Nothing was too much trouble, every silly thing that I had forgotten, they could help me with and we never felt rushed or pressure. But what can I say about the food? We were fed and watered three times a day and every single meal was superb, we were catered for as a vegan company and the variety and quality of food was brilliant – unfaultable! The bonfire that we had was immense, a much more emotional part of our time at the centre than we expected Through the whole process from our initial booking to walking away, we felt cared for and that is something that is so often missing today. EarthSpirit is a fabulous centre. The best. It really supports the deep work we do with individuals and couples. The food is superb and responsive to participants’ needs, the range of accommodation choices is really helpful to meet different needs and the quality of the rooms is excellent, there is always support on hand for any housekeeping issues that arise, the hot tub is greatly appreciated, and the grounds are quiet and nourishing. The Earth Spirit Centre provides an amazing space for us to come to each year – and this year was our fifth. Our SIHA Open Circle Retreat is successful because although we provide the people and the activities, it just wouldn’t be the same without the backcloth of this special venue with its range of accommodation and facilities and the pervading atmosphere of tranquility, spirituality and beauty set in rolling countryside. Of course, EarthSpirit staff are incredible and Andy the cook/ is superb. We love the outdoor space – the garden and courtyard; the hot tub and the bonfire when we’ve had one. All in all we love it! The fire that awaited us on arrival in the Main hall was truly heart-warming. Having used the centre for the last 3 years, I have nothing but praise. Every time I have been delighted by the venue, the privacy and quiet, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the cooking and the energy there. The participants on my workshop love it, and look forward to coming back. Indeed often people re-book for the next one. I cannot praise EarthSpirit highly enough. EarthSpirit has been the 'potting shed' where our shamanic training programme has grown since the mid 1990s. In the 2000s it has become the greenhouse where we bring on our established students to their fullest potential. The land between Dundon Beacon and Lollover Hill has ancestrally held the work, while EarthSpirit and its staff have nourished and cared for us for over 15 years.
