YOGA Beginners’ Classes
Ashtanga Yoga/Vinyasa Flow
In these sessions, we will learn the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It is a sequence of flowing postures, with emphasis on breath, bandhas & focus.
We will use many variations from Hatha Yoga postures, Restorative slower relaxation poses and Deep Relaxation.
We will work on flexibility as well as strength, balance, alignment and mindfulness.
Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga are a dynamic form of Hatha yoga. There is a focus on the breath which provides the rhythm to move from one position to another as well as igniting a fire that burns toxins and give more flexibility which leaves you refreshed, aligned and clear.
Tuesday 6.15pm till 7:45pm
The location varies between the Main Barn and the Cider Barn
For the main barn, follow the signs EarthSpirit.
For the Cider Barn, park after the thatched house, walk back to the lane turn left, find the sign Cider Barn. It is a garage door signed Yoga.
Cider Barn with Claire
Cost is £6 per session
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
For you own comfort, do not eat 2 hours before.
